   We craft each piece with care. We strive to accurately display our products online, but slight variations in color or size may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify designs, or cancel orders if needed.

4. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are listed in Euros or USD as indicated and include applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or selected providers (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay). We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   Please refer to our Customer Care page for full shipping details. Delivery times vary by region. Customs duties may apply outside of the United States.

6. Returns & Refunds
   For information about returns, exchanges, and refunds, see our Customer Care page. In general, items must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property
   All content, images, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Lunai Jewelry and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products. Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
   These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
