Returns & Exchanges

At Vault No.9, we stand behind the integrity of our forms. If a piece does not resonate with your wardrobe as expected, we offer a streamlined return process to ensure your experience remains intentional and effortless.

Domestic Returns (USA)

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original sculptural packaging with all tags attached.

  • Process: To initiate a return, email hello@shopvault9.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Fees: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Returns

We welcome returns from our international clients within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured service.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that original shipping fees, duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct international exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our collections, the following are Final Sale:

  • Earrings for pierced ears.

  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces.

  • Items explicitly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Quality Assurance

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@shopvault9.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We will prioritize a resolution immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved by our quality team, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. You may also choose Vault No.9 store credit for immediate use on a future acquisition.


FAQ 

Can I cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the shipping phase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to halt a shipment.

What happens if my return is rejected? Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. These items will be held, and our team will contact you regarding next steps; they will not be automatically returned to the sender.

Why are earrings non-returnable? For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale. We encourage you to review our Fit & Proportion Guide or reach out for styling advice before completing your purchase.
