The Fit & Proportion Guide

Finding your size at Vault No.9 is a study in personal architecture. Because our pieces feature bold, sculptural volumes, they interact with the body differently than delicate jewelry. Use this guide to ensure your "Anchor Piece" feels like a second skin.

1. Rings: Find Your Perfect Fit

A sculptural ring covers more of your finger, making it feel more substantial than a thin band.

Helpful Tip: If you already own a ring that fits well, measure its inner diameter and compare it to the table below. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly for extra comfort.

US Size Spain / Italy Diameter (mm) Circumference (mm)
4 7 14.8 46.7
5 9 15.6 49.0
6 12 16.4 51.5
7 14 17.3 54.4
8 17 18.1 57.0
9 19 19.0 59.7
10 22 19.8 62.3
11 24 20.6 64.9
12 27 21.4 67.5

2. The Architectural Collar

Our open collars are designed to frame the collarbone with intentional presence.

  • How to Measure: Wrap a piece of string around the base of your neck (just above the collarbone). Measure that string against a ruler.

  • 14" – 15": A true collar fit. Sits high and stays in place. Best for petite frames or high-neck silhouettes.

  • 16": The "Classic" fit. Rests right on the collarbone. This is our most universal size for statement collars.

3. Sculptural Bangles & Cuffs

Unlike flexible bracelets, a sculptural bangle is a fixed form.

  • Measure the Hand, Not the Wrist: Bring your thumb and pinky finger together (as if putting on a bracelet). Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hand (the knuckles).

  • The "Resistance" Moment: A well-fitted bangle should offer a moment of resistance as it passes over the knuckles. This helps prevent it from sliding off during daily wear.

4. Statement Earrings: Engineered Comfort

Since our earrings focus on "volumetric" presence, weight is a common question. We utilize hollow-form techniques and negative space to ensure our large sculptural pieces remain comfortable for 12+ hours of wear.
